Site Surveys - VITAL's site survey service will help you
verify that each of your sites are ready for their installation.
As part of this service, VITAL will review your design
documents, verify site readiness, and define the tasks
required for installation in the form of a report to the
customer. With VITAL's site surveys, our customers receive
a proven process, consistent technical expertise at each
site and a complete report outlining any modifications
necessary for installation.
Staging -
By utilizing VITAL's staging service, our customers can
be certain all of their equipment will arrive complete
and in the appropriate location for a flawless installation.
VITAL will inventory, load, configure and test the systems
to our customers' specifications in our centralized staging
facility. Once staged, VITAL will package and ship the
systems anywhere in the world to the specified locations
where the equipment will arrive complete and ready for
installation.

SafetyNet Onsite - Our most comprehensive maintenance
service, SafetyNet Onsite provides customers with remote
technical support from our Technical Support Center (TSC)
for problem diagnosis and isolation, as well as dispatch
of a replacement part and/or an onsite field technician
if necessary to repair the problem.
SafetyNet - SafetyNet maintenance services give customers
access to VITAL's TSC for remote technical support, problem
diagnosis and isolation, as well as the dispatch of a replacement
part if necessary for problem resolution.
Onsite Field Engineer - VITAL's Onsite Engineer service
provides remote technical support from VITAL's TSC and
dispatch of a field technician to your location if necessary
to resolve the problem.
Depending upon your needs you can choose
from 2-hour (where available), 4-hour, or next business
day response times. Additionally, VITAL gives you the flexibility
to choose from 24x7 or 8x5 coverage by location. With VITAL's
network of field technicians spread throughout the world,

GlobalWatch Configuration Management service helps organizations

Firewall Management -
VITAL's GlobalWatch Firewall Managment service combines
firewall configuration, management, administration and
reporting services into a single service offering to reduce

VITAL will remotely configure the customer's firewall;
remotely monitor the firewall for fault events
and configuration changes; manage the notification, diagnosis
and remediation of any fault or configuration issues that
may arise; administer all firewall configuration changes,
critical patch updates, and regularly scheduled password
changes; maintain an archive of customer configurations;
and develop monthly firewall management reports. |
