VITAL NETWORK SERVICES ANNOUNCES SUPPORT CAPABILITIES FOR PROCURVE NETWORKING BY HP PRODUCTS
New Capabilities Designed to Complement ProCurve’s Industry-leading Warranty and Care Pack Services for a Total Lifecycle Solution
TAMPA, Fla. -- February 12, 2008 --VITAL Network Services, Inc., a multivendor provider of network lifecycle solutions, today announced the expansion of its support capabilities to include the LAN-edge and LAN-core products from ProCurve Networking by HP. Available immediately, VITAL will offer equipment staging, installation, break/fix, and professional engineering services to support ProCurve’s portfolio of routing switches, switches, hubs, and network access controllers.
VITAL will deliver these services utilizing skilled technology professionals from its 24x7 Technical Support Center and nationwide onsite field engineering organization. These resources have been trained and HP certified on the suite of ProCurve’s products and possess the necessary skills and tools to ensure success.
