Our Policy
VITAL Network Services, Inc. is committed to utilizing businesses owned and operated by ethnic minorities, women and disabled veterans where practicable. To that end, it is our policy to continually afford MWDVBEs the maximum opportunity to participate with us as suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors of goods and services.

VITAL's Supplier Diversity Initiative is designed to promote, increase and improve the quality of the overall participation of MWDVBEs in our purchases. By utilizing and partnering with our diverse suppliers, we will continue to establish a supplier base that positively contributes to our competitive advantage.

Registration
To register your MWDVBE with VITAL, please complete the MWDVBE Registration and Profile Form. To be certified as an MWDVBE you must be at least 51% owned, controlled and managed by a minority, woman or disabled veteran.

The information you submit will be added to VITAL's MWDVBE database. This database is used by VITAL personnel to search for suppliers based on products or services required. Please note that submitting the MWDVBE Registration and Profile Form does not automatically make a supplier an approved, qualified, or authorized VITAL supplier.
